Realty Executives International, Inc. announces thirteen new franchises throughout California since June 2009 from prominent real estate companies, independent brokerages, startups and existing brokerage expansions. “California real estate in many markets has already hit bottom,” says Mark Vost, Realty Executives regional developer for Calif. “In some areas, we are seeing 50 to 60 offers on a given property with some $60,000 over the listing price.”
